• We are not making any payment to the Non-Executive Directors

• The Policy regarding "Related Party Transactions" are mentioned in the Annual Reports of the respective years

• There are no "Material Subsidiaries" of the Company.

• No "Familiarization Programs" were imparted to independent directors.

• Currently, there is no requirement of Credit Rating. Hence, the same will be updated once obtained.

• Company has not entered into any agreement as per regulation 46(2).

• As company does not fall under the Threshold Limit (Top 1000 Companies), hence Dividend Distribution Policy is not applicable on the company.
